A ShevTECH network professional will visit your home to analyze your wireless network for dead spots and weak signals, make configuration changes on your wireless router (if accessible) to optimize settings for performance, provide guidance and tips to optimize your usage, and quote any upgrades that may be needed to update or improve your wireless network.

Tune-up will consist of a maximum of one (1) hour on-site. Guidance and tips will be presented via emailed document after the visit since it takes time to create the document. Before the site visit, please have the following information available: Wi-Fi network ID and password, physical access to wireless router/access point, administrative username and password for Wi-Fi router and access points. Failure to provide this information may result in a less-than-optimal tune-up.
